Rosneft continues to implement a large-scale program to modernize its retail network of gas stations. Today, every third station in the Rosneft network is operating in the new format, with updated stations welcoming customers in 39 regions across the country.
Developing roadside service and improving the level of customer service provided at Rosneft filling stations is one of the Company's priority areas of activity.
The renovated gas stations feature a modern design and boast advanced technology and comfort. Particular attention has been paid to expanding services: the Zerno-branded café has been updated with new equipment, including coffee machines and hot food preparation devices. Visitors can enjoy a varied menu, including coffee, hot dogs, burgers, baked goods, and a variety of prepared dishes. Self-service checkouts offer added convenience, saving guests time. The updated interiors and exteriors, as well as thoughtful spatial planning, make the customer experience at Rosneft gas stations even more comfortable. Furthermore, the Company is developing a new customer service option at its gas stations: food trucks (mobile vending machines).
The company not only renovates existing stations but also expands its network and opens new facilities across Russia. This year, Rosneft opened a new gas station in Lipetsk. The station, along with a store and café called "ZERNO," is located in the city center and becomes the 52nd Rosneft-branded gas station in the Lipetsk region and the fourth flagship-style facility in the region. The gas station is equipped with new, state-of-the-art equipment, allowing it to comfortably fill over two thousand vehicles per day with popular fuels—AI-92, AI-95, and diesel fuel—as well as the company's signature Pulsar-95 fuel.
