The renovated Pavilion No. 6, "Chemistry," is planned to house an exhibition and trade center of the Republic of Abkhazia. There, residents and visitors to the capital will be able to experience the republic's national cuisine, dances, and traditions.
Following a complex renovation, Pavilion No. 35 of Glavtabak now houses a space dedicated to tea culture. It will become a place where history meets modernity, and architectural heritage is imbued with new meaning. A club has opened here, where tea has become more than just a drink, but a true ritual, uniting traditions, tastes, and people.
“The plans include completing the restoration of cultural heritage sites of federal significance: the main façade of the Zolotoy Kolos restaurant (building no. 284), the Leto cafe (building no. 518, formerly the Tea Room), and pavilions no. 62 Nature Conservation and No. 64 “Optika,” added Sergei Sobyanin.
