Entrepreneurs can participate in the city auction for the sale of two spacious premises in the Northern Administrative District. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy. Kirill Purtov.
"Two commercial spaces suitable for various business projects are up for public auction in the Northern Administrative District. A spacious 194.8-square-meter space on Festivalnaya Street is available—it could be used, for example, for a dance studio, a cinema, or a space for master classes. The 173.4-square-meter space on Korovinskoye Highway has a convenient layout, suitable for beauty salons, photography studios, hairdressers, and design studios," noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at the following addresses: Korovinskoe Highway, house 4a and Festivalnaya Street, building 39, block 1. All major utilities are connected to them, and each property has a separate entrance. The seller of the property is a Moscow-based Department of City Propertyand the state-owned enterprise “Civil Construction Administration” subordinate to it.
