As reported on March 12 by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., in January-February of this year, China-Europe trains made a total of 3,501 trips, transporting 352,000 standard container units (TEU) of cargo. This represents an increase of 32% and 25%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. These figures demonstrate steady growth in both volume and quality of service. The market competitiveness of the international logistics brand "China-Europe Trains" continues to strengthen.
The head of the China State Railway Group's logistics center reported that since the beginning of 2026, railway authorities have been consistently deepening domestic and international coordination, improving the organization of China-Europe train services, and scientifically optimizing schedules to better meet market demand. In close collaboration with customs authorities, China Railways' Digital Port (95306) system is being modernized, improving the efficiency of border rail crossings. At the same time, cooperation with railway administrations along the routes is being strengthened to ensure timely delivery along the entire China-Europe train route.
