BEIJING, March 13 (Xinhua) — At the invitation of the Vietnamese side, Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Foreign Minister, Wang Xiaohong, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Public Security, and Dong Jun, Minister of Defense, will visit Vietnam from March 15 to 17 to attend the first ministerial meeting of the China-Vietnam "3+3" strategic dialogue mechanism on diplomacy, defense and public security.
This was announced on Friday by the official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, adding that Wang Yi and the head of the Vietnamese side will co-chair the 17th meeting of the China-Vietnam Steering Committee on Bilateral Cooperation. -0-
