"The business potential of southwest Moscow is largely determined by rapidly developing scientific and technical centers specializing in innovation and technology. At the same time, the district boasts excellent infrastructure and green spaces, making it particularly comfortable to live in. Therefore, the Southwest Administrative District offers a niche for both entrepreneurs planning to work in retail or services, as well as those interested in the B2B segment. Thanks to this, the southwest of the capital has become one of the leaders in terms of the number of completed commercial properties in the capital. Specifically, in the second half of 2025, 36 business premises were acquired in the district, with the total area of real estate purchased from the city exceeding 6,100 square meters," she explained.
