A modern cottage community will be built in the village of Zimenki in the Kommunarka district under the integrated territorial development program (ITD). The development of the vacant 7.6-hectare site will be handled by its owner. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
"The owner of a vacant plot of land in the village of Zimenki approached the city with a proposal to develop the site themselves, using their own resources. The proposal was approved, and the city signed a corresponding agreement with the investor. A modern cottage community will be built there within five years. The total area of the new individual residential buildings and infrastructure will be 21,300 square meters. Investment in the comprehensive development of the area is estimated at 3.71 billion rubles," said Vladimir Efimov.
The undeveloped site is located next to Filimonkovskoye Highway. The KRT project is being implemented by Specialized Developer KNK-Stroy LLC, which has entered into an agreement withDepartment of Urban Development Policy of the City of Moscow.
"The developer will allocate approximately six hectares for individual housing construction, on which it will build 90 houses with a total floor area of 19,800 square meters. Other plots will house a kindergarten for 80 children, a store, a children's play area, and parking. A convenient local street and road network will also be developed, and comprehensive landscaping will be carried out," noted the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin approved the integrated development project four territories in Vnukovo.
Under the KRT program, attractive spaces are being created in former industrial zones, inefficiently used, and undeveloped areas, organically integrating them into the city's fabric. Currently, nearly 400 KRT projects, covering a total area of approximately 4,500 hectares, are at various stages of development and implementation in the capital.
