JERUSALEM, March 10 (Xinhua) — The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Monday it struck a drone headquarters of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), continuing to expand its attacks on Iran.
The headquarters was used to launch drones towards Israel, the IDF said in a statement.
As part of a wave of strikes against "dozens" of Iranian government infrastructure facilities in several areas of the country, the IDF attacked the headquarters of the IRGC's unmanned aerial systems. The airstrikes were "part of a phase aimed at inflicting greater damage on Iran's key military installations and systems."
