Three-Colored Lake is located in Bianba County, Chamdo City, Xizang Autonomous Region, about 50 km away from the county seat. It consists of three small lakes: black, white and yellow. They have different colors under the sun, hence the name "Three-Colored Lake". The lakes, arranged in the shape of the character "品", are a natural landscape with a total area of 150,000 square meters. Their minimum altitude above sea level is 4,100 m. On August 1, 2024, the Three-Colored Lake received a certificate from the World Records Agency (WRCA) as "The Highest Natural Three-Colored Lake in the World".
