From April 23 to 25, 2026, the Client-Centricity Forum will be held in Krasnoyarsk. It is dedicated to developing a public administration system focused on the needs of citizens and businesses. The award will identify the most effective management solutions and ensure their dissemination in other regions.

The federal project "A State for the People" has been implemented at the federal and regional levels since 2021. It is included in the list of socioeconomic development projects in Russia.
