Over 650 residents of the Kuzminki district are moving into new apartments in a residential complex on Zelenodolskaya Street as part of the renovation program. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
"In the Kuzminki district of southeast Moscow, a residential complex at 28b Zelenodolskaya Street has been handed over for relocation under the renovation program. More than 650 residents of three older buildings located on Fedora Poletaeva and Zelenodolskaya Streets are being relocated there. A relocation information center has opened on the ground floor of the new building, where Muscovites can ask any questions they may have and sign up for the "Relocation Under the Renovation Program" super service. A total of 287 buildings in Kuzminki are to be relocated, with over 64,000 people receiving new apartments," noted Vladimir Efimov.
The residential complex is close to all necessary infrastructure, including schools, clinics, a park, public transport stops, and the Kuzminki and Okskaya metro stations.
"The building on Zelenodolskaya Street comprises 276 apartments with over 16,000 square meters of living space. The new building was constructed with barrier-free design in mind, ensuring comfortable living for all categories of residents. Furthermore, the entrance halls are equipped with elevators, concierge rooms, and storage areas for strollers and bicycles. The ground floor of the building is non-residential; in the future, it will house social and amenities facilities, such as pharmacies, shops, cafes, and leisure centers," explained the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
