The My Documents office in the Brateevo district has reopened after a major renovation. The renovated space has made it easier to access government services.
During the renovation of the space, special attention was paid to the comfort of guests with limited mobility: the rooms were adapted for their mobility, an expanded reception window was created, and an adapted reception area was created. A play area is available for guests with children, and a separate room is available for couples wishing to marry without a formal ceremony.
The office is decorated in corporate colors and features modern furniture for increased comfort. Thirty-four reception windows are available for quick service. The space also features an e-services area with 10 computers for accessing digital services.
To create a welcoming atmosphere for applicants, the decor was updated and the entire space was divided into zones. One of these zones offers mobile phone and other device charging and a portable power bank. There's also a book exchange area, where guests can scan a QR code and click a link to a catalog of famous works. A vending machine with food and drinks is also available.
As in other centers, the renovated office offers residents additional useful services: a photo booth, document printing and copying, and payment of state fees at terminals or reception windows.
The Brateevo District Government Services Center is located at 18 Borisovskie Prudy Street, Building 3. It is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
