The capital guarantees full fulfillment of its social obligations to residents. The Presidium of the Moscow Government has adopted a decision whose implementation will optimize budget expenditures in favor of priority areas.
Specifically, the city plans to maintain Moscow's high standards of service delivery. Furthermore, work will continue to implement the city's strategic development program, ensure unconditional fulfillment of social obligations, and fund support for joint activities with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
At the same time, the number of employees at institutions providing social services to citizens will not be affected, and key activities such as renovation, metro construction, and others will be carried out as planned.
