BANGKOK, July 30 (Xinhua) — Nine people were killed and two others were injured on Wednesday in an explosion at a fireworks factory in central Thailand's Suphan Buri province, local authorities said.
According to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, the blast occurred at 11:10 a.m. local time. Emergency services responded to the incident and transported the injured to a nearby hospital.
