Minsk, March 3 (Xinhua) — The "Two Sessions" (the sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC) and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)) clearly demonstrate to the world how, through pragmatic governance and multilateral cooperation, China can achieve shared prosperity with all of humanity. This was stated recently in an exclusive interview with Xinhua by Professor Ruslan Yesin, head of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus's Department for Interaction with the SCO and BRICS.

He noted that the upcoming 4th session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 4th session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are key to understanding the logic and direction of development of China's public administration.

"Their importance is reflected in the expansion of China's domestic governance capabilities, human well-being, and global development. The 'Two Sessions' is a mechanism that best reflects pragmatic governance. The format chosen in China has never been limited to formal discussions," the expert emphasized.

According to R. Yesin, the holding of the "two sessions" is a truly historic event for China and its friendly countries, demonstrating to the international community the Chinese society's readiness for further multilateral, mutually beneficial, and pragmatic cooperation. "For many countries, including Belarus, the 'two sessions' are not only a window for observing China's policies and reforms, but also a 'springboard' for exploring additional opportunities for cooperation," the expert noted.

"The 'Two Sessions' clearly demonstrate to the entire world that through pragmatic governance and multilateral cooperation, we can achieve shared prosperity for all of humanity. This, in my view, is the value of the 'Two Sessions,' deserving the closest attention of the international community," emphasized R. Yesin.

The expert also noted that China's centuries-long experience and the effective work of the Chinese Communist Party are of great importance for the countries of the Global Majority.

"Belarus is already putting this valuable experience into practice. The main reason China's experience can inspire countries in the global majority is that it offers solutions to three key problems that most concern developing countries: how to ensure stable growth, improve the lives of people, and strengthen self-reliance. Moreover, the Chinese approach is always based on specific national conditions and does not make any political demands," said R. Yesin.

He noted that China has always adhered to the principle of "independent development, openness, and mutually beneficial cooperation," not relying on external resources in critical technologies and industries. At the same time, China shares development opportunities through platforms such as the SCO and BRICS. This model of "independence and inclusiveness" has allowed the countries of the global majority to see the opportunity to achieve prosperity through self-reliance.

The expert also noted that, as a long-standing friend of China, Belarus is wisely leveraging China's valuable experience in its national interests. Regarding multilateral cooperation, the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone" is operating in Belarus.

"This park not only allows us to introduce Chinese technologies, capital, and management experience, but also to utilize the Chinese market to expand export channels for Belarusian products. This is a successful practical application of the Chinese experience of 'achieving mutual benefit and a win-win situation through cooperation,'" emphasized R. Yesin.

"The Chinese experience is not a template, but a methodology based on its own national conditions, focused on the essence of development, and adhering to the principles of openness and win-win. It offers countries in the Global Majority new opportunities for development, free from Westernization. Belarus's practice has also proven that, if adapted and creatively applied to national specifics, this experience can be transformed into tangible development results. It is precisely this approach to cooperation—not the imposition of models, but exchange—that represents the most valuable feature of the Chinese experience," the expert concluded.
