Kyiv, February 28 (Xinhua) — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not rule out the possibility that the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict could end before the US midterm elections, scheduled for November 3 of this year. This was reported on Friday by the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
According to V. Zelensky, the United States has sufficient power and influence to establish peace, but to do so it needs to exert more pressure on Moscow.
The Ukrainian leader also admitted that he considers it more likely that the armed conflict with Russia will end next year. –0–
