Kabul, February 27 (Xinhua) — At least 19 people were killed and 26 others were wounded in Khost and Paktika provinces in eastern Afghanistan as a result of clashes on the Afghan-Pakistani border, Afghan administration deputy spokesman Hamdullah Fitrat reported on social media on Friday.
