On February 25, a delegation from the State University of Management visited Vladimir State University. The delegation included Vice-Rector Pavel Pavlovsky, Head of the Department of Youth Policy and Educational Work Kristina Kabaeva, Head of the Department of External and Internal Communications Tatyana Sharapova, and others.

Representatives of universities held a working meeting dedicated to developing cooperation in education, social, and youth policy.

Exchange of experience and new initiatives

The meeting was opened by VlSU Vice-Rector Oksana Erashova and Pavel Pavlovsky. They noted that interuniversity collaboration facilitates the exchange of best management practices and the implementation of successful student initiatives.

The university teams presented their best ongoing projects in the field of youth policy, discussed formats for future joint events, and agreed on further partnership and the development of a common action plan.

Getting to know the university and the city

A rich educational and cultural program was organized for guests from the capital. SUM representatives visited the Vladimir State University History Museum and the university media center, and viewed the Russian Geographical Society's exhibition "Cultural Heritage of Russia." University students participated in the presentation of the All-Russian project "Your Move," and during a sightseeing tour of Vladimir, they learned about the city's history and major monuments.

Sports traditions

The visit concluded with a friendly football match, timed to coincide with Defender of the Fatherland Day. The game took place in a friendly atmosphere and became a symbol of the strong ties between students from the two cities.

The meeting confirmed the universities' intention to continue their close cooperation. Joint work between the universities will enable the implementation of new youth and social initiatives.
