BEIJING, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) — Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said Tuesday that China's position on the Ukrainian crisis is consistent and clear, adding that China supports all efforts aimed at achieving peace.
Noting that the door to dialogue has finally opened in the Ukrainian crisis and all parties are continuing negotiations, Mao Ning emphasized that dialogue and negotiations remain the only correct way to resolve this crisis.
At a regular press conference, the Chinese diplomat expressed hope that all parties would seize this opportunity to reach a comprehensive, lasting and binding peace agreement.
