Pyongyang, February 24 (Xinhua) — General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) Kim Jong Un chaired an expanded meeting of the first plenary session of the 9th WPK Central Committee on Monday, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
At the meeting, the Presidium of the Politburo and the Politburo of the Central Committee of the WPK were elected.
The Presidium of the Politburo of the WPK Central Committee includes Kim Jong-un, Pak Thae-song, Cho Yong-won, Kim Jae-ryong and Ri Il-hwan, KCNA reported, citing a press release from the meeting. –0–
