Digital services on the unified portal of public services allow citizens to be provided with the necessary services quickly and efficiently, including in the field of construction and housing and communal services. Over the two and a half years of the service, we have seen stable dynamics: 13.2 million express extracts were issued in 2023, 13.8 million in 2024. In the first half of this year, residents of the country received another 6 million extracts. An express extract has the same legal force as a document ordered from the MFC," said Marat Khusnullin.
According to the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky, in general, compared to 2020, the share of Rosreestr electronic services has increased more than 3 times – to 67%.
"The share of electronic mortgages has increased 10-fold, to 90%, and the share of electronic registration of equity participation agreements has increased 5-fold, to 99.9%. This has made it possible to increase the accessibility and convenience of receiving government services in the field of land and real estate," the head of the department noted.
In general, the most popular among Russians since the beginning of 2025 have been extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on the rights of an individual to the real estate objects he/she owned (has). Over 38 million of them were provided in the first 6 months of 2025. This is 35.7% of the total number of all issued extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate. They allow you to confirm what real estate a person owned during a certain period of time.
In second place are extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on a real estate object, which contain information on the characteristics of the object. From January to June 2025, more than 32 million of them were issued, which is 4% more than the same period last year.
In third place are extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on the main characteristics and registered rights to a real estate object, which provide the most complete publicly available information about the object. Over the first 6 months of 2025, 22.8 million such documents were provided.
