Dmitry Grigorenko: The Analytical Center under the Government has received several new priority areas

Among the areas are monitoring the implementation of a single plan for achieving national development goals of the Russian Federation, supporting the Government's tasks in the field of digital transformation of public services, development of artificial intelligence technologies, etc. The meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Analytical Center under the Government was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko.

Thus, within the framework of monitoring the unified plan for achieving national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036, the Analytical Center will ensure control over its implementation in real time. Working groups with the participation of federal executive authorities have been formed on the AC platform, work is underway to form information and analytical tools for monitoring the unified plan and feedback from the population.

Receiving government services electronically has become a common service for citizens. And their constant improvement is a necessary principle of a human-oriented approach. The new stage is the provision of services based on the principle of "life situations". Within the framework of the federal project "State for People", the Analytical Center will continue to work on optimizing federal and regional services, providing methodological and analytical support. The AC will also support the implementation of regional "life situations" and assess their compliance with the approved standard.

The implementation of artificial intelligence technologies is a priority for the Government and the state as a whole. In this area, the Artificial Intelligence Development Center, created on the basis of the Analytical Center, will provide information and analytical and organizational and technical support, coordination and support for the implementation of AI technologies in public administration, economic sectors, and regions.

Serious analytics, supported by digital technologies and methods of working with data, created the basis for making management decisions. And the accumulated expertise allowed the Analytical Center to become a project office for key areas of the Government's work," noted Dmitry Grigorenko.

The list of priority areas of the AC activity also includes support for the implementation of the Guillotine 2.0 project and provision of training for students in educational programs of universities for top specialists in the areas of artificial intelligence and information technology. In total, the center has more than 20 areas of work.

In the reporting year, the AC prepared more than 7.1 thousand analytical materials for the Government and the Government Office, held more than 1.6 thousand expert events, and ensured the holding of strategic sessions of the Government. All key performance indicators of the organization set for 2024 were achieved.

The Supervisory Board of the Analytical Center includes members of the Government, government officials, scientists and experts. In-person meetings are held annually, where the main issues related to the organization's work are considered and approved – priority areas of activity, key performance indicators, financial indicators, etc.
