Red Wings is launching direct flights from Samara to Urgench, Uzbekistan. The first flight on this new route will depart on April 3.

The airline will operate scheduled flights on Fridays at 11:40 PM. The journey will take just 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Urgench will be the third city in Uzbekistan added to Red Wings' route network from Samara Airport. Since 2023, the airline has been operating flights from Samara to Tashkent. Flights to Bukhara are via Koltsovo Airport in Yekaterinburg. A Russian SSJ-100 airliner will fly to Urgench, famous for its historical monuments. Samara residents will see one of Uzbekistan's seven UNESCO World Heritage sites – Khiva, an ancient city and open-air museum.
