At the opening ceremony of the Moscow Maslenitsa Festival in Beijing, representatives of the Russian and Chinese capitals signed a memorandum of cooperation in tourism.

The festival included a conference titled "Cities of the Future: Synergy of the Moscow-Beijing Strategic Partnership." Participants discussed promising areas of cooperation, including opportunities for mutual investment, and presented initiatives targeting the local market.
