A new building has been erected in the Filimonkovsky district of the capital's Novomoskovsky Administrative District under the renovation program. The building's total floor area exceeds 45,000 square meters. This was announced by the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy. Vladislav Ovchinsky.

"A new building, covering over 45,000 square meters, was built in the Filimonkovsky district under the renovation program. It contains 498 apartments, five of which are accessible to people with disabilities. The ground floors are designed to accommodate amenities, and the surrounding area has undergone comprehensive landscaping: trees and shrubs have been planted, two playgrounds, one sports field, and two quiet recreation areas have been created. Public transportation stops are nearby, providing easy access to the Filatov Lug metro station. Kindergartens and schools, medical facilities, and shopping centers are all within walking distance," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The new building features 16 elevators and a barrier-free environment: the path from the courtyard to the apartment is free of obstacles such as high thresholds, steps, and narrow passages.

"Mosgosstroynadzor supervised the construction of the buildings at all stages—a total of nine on-site inspections were conducted. Following the final inspection and oversight, the committee's inspectors issued a conclusion on the facility's compliance with the design documentation," noted the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor).
