Entrepreneurs will be able to compete in open tenders for 14 non-residential premises in the Novogireevo district. All properties are located on the ground floor of a residential building built in 2025 on Kuskovskaya Street. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy. All of these premises are on the ground floor, are available for flexible use, and are ready for title transfer. The auction deadline is February 25 and March 10," noted Kirill Purtov.
The properties are located in building 12/1 on Kuskovskaya Street. Their areas range from 30.5 to 90.8 square meters. All have separate entrances and are connected to the main utilities.
The auctions will be held on March 4 and 17 on the Roseltorg electronic platform. Registration and an enhanced, qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
