Tehran, February 17 (Xinhua) — The second round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States took place in Geneva on Tuesday in a more "constructive" atmosphere than the previous round in Oman, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said.
As A. Araghchi wrote in his post on Telegram, the parties reached a general agreement on a number of guiding principles that will be further developed and included in the text of the proposed agreement.
