Red Wings is launching direct air service between Saransk and Sharm el-Sheikh. The first flight on the new route is scheduled for February 28. Flights will operate on Saturdays until May 30.
The new route expands travel opportunities for Mordovia residents and makes vacations in Egypt more accessible—without the need to transfer at airports in central Russia.
The program is being implemented as part of the development of charter flights in cooperation with Russian tour operators.
For this route, Red Wings will for the first time deploy the modern Russian Tu-214 airliner, developed by the United Aircraft Corporation Rostec.
