BEIJING, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping and other Party and state leaders visited or instructed officials from relevant departments to visit comrade veterans and convey their congratulations ahead of the Spring Festival (Chinese Lunar New Year), which falls on Feb. 17 this year.
