Rosneft expands sales geography of its Pulsar branded fuel

In 2025, Rosneft expanded the geography of sales of its Pulsar branded fuel; now the Company's branded fuel is available at 1,737 filling stations.

As an environmentally responsible company, Rosneft is constantly improving the production of high-tech petroleum products, enhancing the characteristics of its motor fuels, and expanding the geography of its deliveries and the range of products at the Company's filling stations.

Pulsar, a highly efficient, innovative fuel, is produced at the Company's refineries and oil depots using a unique formula developed by Rosneft specialists. Its special formula ensures fuel system cleanliness and preserves engine performance. Using Pulsar extends vehicle life by preventing metal corrosion and reducing component wear, while also reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The Pulsar line includes gasoline and diesel fuels.

In 2025, sales of Pulsar branded AI-95 fuel began in six new regions: Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republic of Khakassia, Tomsk and Kemerovo Oblasts, Altai Krai, and the city of Novosibirsk. This means Pulsar gasoline is now sold in 37 regions across the country.

Sales of Pulsar diesel fuel have begun in seven new regions: Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Tver Oblast, and Tula Oblast, as well as St. Petersburg. Previously, Pulsar diesel fuel was only available in the Moscow region.
