Moscow, February 11 (Xinhua) — The development of relations between Moscow and Beijing has a stabilizing effect on the entire system of international relations, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during government hour in the State Duma on Wednesday.
"The development of our ties with the People's Republic of China has a stabilizing effect on the entire system of international relations and, at the same time, plays a crucial role in solving the strategic task of forming a belt of good-neighborliness along Russia's borders," said S. Lavrov.
