BEIJING, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) — General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Xi Jinping on Wednesday extended congratulations to representatives of democratic parties, the All-China Association of Industry and Commerce, personages without party affiliation and other members of the united front as they celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, or Chinese Lunar New Year.
