Ahead of the Spring Festival, 20 international students gathered in the Ban'an district of Chongqing, southwest China, to learn about local cultural customs, such as Mudong folk songs, the art of jianzhi paper cutting, and the making of traditional rice cakes. Participants were able to experience the joyful atmosphere of Chinese New Year.
