BEIJING, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping has congratulated veterans of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) on the upcoming Spring Festival (Chinese New Year).
Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), greeted them and extended Spring Festival wishes at a gala concert on Friday hosted by the CMC for veterans and retired officers of the PLA troops stationed in Beijing. -0-
