Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin inspected the technological equipment of the Interaction and Communications Center and held a working meeting dedicated to the results of the state expert review institute's work in 2025 and its current objectives.

"Glavgosexpertiza of Russia plays a vital role in implementing the construction industry's ambitious goals. Today, construction expertise is not just a control mechanism; it's also a powerful tool for managing project performance and increasing labor productivity. Thanks to more than five thousand highly qualified, certified experts who combine deep engineering expertise with the active implementation of digital solutions, we ensure the quality, safety, and economic viability of construction. The creation of a unified digital framework based on the Unified Expertise Platform, the transition to working with information models, and the implementation of artificial intelligence are our strategic response to modern challenges," said Marat Khusnullin.

Since 2022, the Interaction and Communications Center has served as a key platform for dialogue between all participants in the construction industry. Since its inception, the Center has hosted over 350 events, attended by nearly 30,000 specialists. Demonstrations of existing digital systems, including the Unified Digital Expertise Platform (EDEP), artificial intelligence-based services, a project showcase, and an engineering survey map, were held on-site.

Igor Manylov, Head of the Federal State Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia," noted that the institution is consistently developing and implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions in both production and administrative processes.

"Our goal is to integrate AI into expert work so that it becomes a reliable assistant to the specialist. The partnership between humans and algorithms is crucial: the expert is responsible for data integrity, model verification, and the final professional judgment," noted the head of Glavgosexpertiza.

The meeting also summarized the results for 2025, which showed that state and non-state expert review organizations issued over 82,000 opinions, and the estimated costs of designed projects were optimized by over 800 billion rubles. Currently, 123 expert organizations are connected to the Unified Center for Expertise, and the system has accumulated 12.8 million files. Work is currently underway on a next-generation platform—Unified Center for Expertise 2.0—which will serve as the foundation for the end-to-end digitalization of the investment and construction cycle. Key future objectives include developing project engineering support, creating a unified digital environment, and actively implementing intelligent tools.
