BEIJING, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) — Cai Qi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, on Friday extended congratulations to all cultural, scientific and technical workers across the country on the upcoming Spring Festival (Chinese Lunar New Year) on behalf of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, and the entire CPC Central Committee.
Cai Qi visited several famous figures in these sectors and expressed his congratulations to them.
