BEIJING, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) — China has called on the United States to resume dialogue on strategic stability with Russia and discuss further steps after the expiration of the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Friday.
