Order dated July 24, 2025 No. 1971-r
On the instructions of the President, the Government will finance the development of a program to improve the qualifications of heads and deputy heads of kindergartens, schools, as well as additional education organizations and their structural divisions. The order to allocate 220 million rubles for these purposes has been signed.
The new program will contain a unified approach to the exchange of experience, dissemination of the latest practices, and also to the improvement of the competence of the heads of educational institutions. The Fund for Humanitarian Projects has been designated as the operator of the program.
The first events to test the content of the advanced training program are planned to be held in 2025.
