Modern housing is planned for the renovation program on the area bounded by 1st and 2nd Nagatinsky Drives and Varshavskoe Shosse (near Property 61a/1 on Varshavskoe Shosse and Property 29, Building 4 on Nagatinskaya Street). The apartments will have a total floor area of 21,180 square meters.
