Construction of a house-building factory has begun in the New Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his channel. messenger MAX.
"The project is being built at the investor's expense with the support of the city. In 2024, a four-hectare plot was allocated at a preferential rate of one ruble per year for the entire project period. The lease agreement is for five years, and the city is overseeing the fulfillment of obligations at all stages," the Moscow Mayor noted.

The factory will unite several high-tech production facilities. It will produce reinforced concrete structures for apartment buildings, wood-aluminum windows, interior finishing products, and architectural concrete facades.
The plan is to construct a production building and a three-story administrative and amenity block, which will be combined into a single architectural form. The workshop is designed for assembly-line production.
The implementation of the project will create more than 500 jobs.
