This economic benefit was achieved without additional financial expenditures, through the optimization of business processes and the elimination of operational losses. "535 companies have joined the project. 480 enterprises have completed the active phase," the Moscow Mayor wrote.

The project resulted in an average 52 percent increase in productivity, an average 33 percent reduction in process times, and an average 32 percent reduction in work-in-progress inventory.
Priority is given to sectors with low productivity and high growth potential. These include manufacturing (59 percent of participants), trade (14 percent), construction (7 percent), tourism (6 percent), and transportation and storage (5 percent). In 2025 alone, more than 750 employees were trained in lean manufacturing methods, and over 100 specialists became certified trainers.
"Moscow was the first in the country to begin rolling out productivity-enhancing tools to companies outside the federal project. For example, free online courses, 'Own Business: A New Level' and 'Own Business: A New Level of PRO,' have been launched for small and medium-sized businesses. I'm confident that the city will now see even more efficient businesses," added Sergei Sobyanin.
