During the construction of the chronic disease center at the international medical cluster in Skolkovo, more than two thousand square meters of landscaping were completed. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Civil Construction. Alexey Alexandrov.

"A six-story chronic disease center has been built in the international medical cluster in Skolkovo. During the project's implementation, special attention was paid to landscaping. A comprehensive landscaping project was carried out on the site, covering over two thousand square meters, including shrubs and lawn. In addition, pedestrian paths were created, a bike rack with bike boxes was installed, hardscape elements and a custom installation were installed, and comfortable rest areas with benches were created. This created a harmonious and functional space around the medical facility, convenient for patients and visitors," said Alexey Alexandrov.

The adjacent area features an installation called "Blockchain" by Moscow artist Maxim Ksuta. It features a human figure composed of metal chains, symbolizing the merging of the digital and the physical in the information age.

The Chronic Disease Center is located in the Western Administrative District of Moscow at 46 Bolshoy Boulevard, Building 3. The center's primary focus is providing care to patients with complex, incurable illnesses. Specialized care for children is a particular focus, as the center provides the necessary conditions for the treatment and care of young patients with orphan diseases and chronic conditions.

For visitors with limited mobility, the center has created a barrier-free environment with easy navigation, and a comfortable space for patient care and medical staff.

At the direction of Sergei Sobyanin, the city is paying special attention to the quality and safety of social infrastructure facilities.

"The building's construction, since its commencement in 2023, has been overseen by Mosgosstroynadzor. During inspections, inspectors checked the completed work and materials used, as-built documentation, and compliance with occupational health and safety and fire safety requirements. Instrumental inspection was carried out by specialists from the subordinate Expertise Center. Based on the results of the final inspection, the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee issued a conclusion on the facility's compliance with the approved design and subsequently issued a permit for its occupancy," added the Mosgosstroynadzor Chairman.
