Rio de Janeiro, January 24 (Xinhua) — Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva announced a short-term visa-free regime for Chinese citizens in response to China's visa-free policy for Brazilian citizens. The Brazilian presidential administration announced this on Friday.
