Hanoi, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) — To Lam was re-elected as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV CC) on Friday.
On Friday, at the first plenary session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a vote was also held on the composition of the Politburo, Secretariat, and Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam, according to the final communiqué.
Tran Kam Tu became a permanent member of the Secretariat of the 14th Central Committee of the CPV.
The 19-member Politburo included, among others, To Lam, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man, Tran Cam Tu, and the head of the organizational department of the CPV Central Committee Le Minh Hung. –0–
