BEIJING, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) — China has once again recorded a record grain harvest in 2025 despite drought, floods and heavy rains in some parts of the country, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs said Thursday.
According to the agency, grain production reached approximately 714.9 million tons last year, 8.4 million tons more than the previous year. The country's grain production has remained above 700 million tons for two consecutive years.
