Light a new star

Flagship projects of the Moscow Production Center, such as Line-up Mosproducer, Street Performer, "Contours of Culture", Playlist Mosproducer | Music in the Parks and others, bring together thousands of talented participants, creative industry experts, major city venues, and millions of viewers.

In 2025, Mosproducer's music projects hosted over 19,000 performances, and the "Street Artist in the Parks" project achieved record results, with over 1,600 performances at 58 venues in 40 Moscow parks. Over the four years of the all-Russian art project "Contours of Culture," 71 artists have won, and the total area of the images created exceeded 6,500 square meters. Winners of the qualifying rounds have the opportunity to showcase their talent at major city events. For example, the top 10 musicians from the "Line-up Mosproducer" project delighted audiences at the Moscow graduation and on City Day, while the project's stars "Mosproducer Showcase" presented their work to thousands of visitors to Zaryadye Park at the "Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030" forum, and visitors to the Gorky Park skating rink enjoyed tracks from the best participants of the "Mosproducer Playlist | Music in Parks" project.

The Moscow Production Center offers great opportunities for young artists. Musicians can share their creativity on the capital's best stages, book street venues, or be featured on exclusive track lists at the country's leading parks. For the fifth year running, independent theaters have been performing at the Novy Manezh creative space, artists have been decorating cultural spaces with contemporary art, and the works of international project winners

Six minutes to the big stage

Along with its popular flagship projects, the Moscow Production Center is also implementing new initiatives to promote emerging artists. Last year, a two-stage competitive selection process for the "Mosproducer Showcase" project was held. From 578 applications, experts selected 23 finalists, and after live auditions, 16 winners were selected.

"Those who made it to the finals had just six minutes to impress the jury. The most talented musicians performed in front of thousands of spectators in the small amphitheater and on the main stage of Zaryadye Park as part of the summer forum 'Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030,'" continues Ekaterina Yankina.

The project turned out to be a unique creative find "Symphosynthesis: Retrospective", which appeared in late 2023. It combines music, choreography, and digital works by artists. Multimedia concerts featuring a symphony orchestra and the production center's resident artists were held in 2025 in Zaryadye Park and the Mosproducer Hall on Marshal Malinovsky Street.

"Artists and musicians receive professional expertise and advice on developing their creativity, finding an audience, and gaining popularity. The "Street Artist" project continues year-round, and recently expanded to nine new venues in the north of the capital and near Moscow fairs. The most active and talented participants are invited to perform on central city stages. Last year, we launched a new website, where applications are accepted daily from potential residents of the production center. A new website has also appeared.creators base"It includes designers, photographers, videographers, and representatives of other creative fields who want to develop our projects," says Ekaterina Yankina.

Change time zones

Mosproducer's large-scale projects annually uncover new names in the arts and provide a strong start for emerging artists. The group "Snimki," finalists of the "Mosproducer Line-Up 2024" project and artists of the "Tavrida.ART" label, moved from Novosibirsk to Moscow after a successful debut on the Moscow stage. Last year, the young glam rock performers received the Mosproducer Award for Best Integration of the Year for their performance of the legendary track "Pilots," which they adapted and performed at a concert commemorating Leonid Utesov's 130th birthday on the main stage in Zaryadye Park.

"Our band formed five years ago, during our first year at university. We started with covers of rock hits, performing at various events, student competitions, and festivals, but our real breakthrough came during our 2024 graduation in Moscow at Gorky Park. Thanks to Mosproducer, we found ourselves sharing the stage with A-list pop stars. Since then, we've participated in various projects with the production center, and at the end of last year, we finally moved to Moscow. We have a song called 'Time Zones,' and we decided not to change it: we gave up our tickets to Novosibirsk and stayed in the capital," recalls Snimki vocalist Yegor Sinitsyn.

Today, he, guitarist Matvey Aparin, and drummer Platon Parcelli write music together, rehearse, participate in radio and television castings, and participate in Mosproducer projects as residents.

"Mosproducer provides invaluable experience performing at large venues in front of thousands of people. His team are professionals, and the organization of competitions and concerts is top-notch. We hope this collaboration will be a starting point for us on our journey to the top. We're currently working on a huge hit and dreaming of releasing our first album," the musician shares.

Characters from Chukovsky's almanac decorated a bookstore.

Supporting young artists remains a key focus of Mosproducer. This year, the flagship project "Contours of Culture" will celebrate its fifth anniversary. During this time, artists (or winners of previous seasons) have decorated over 60 urban spaces with murals: theater venues, cultural centers, libraries, bookstores, and more.

One of the winners of the project's latest season, designer, architect, and artist Polina Gavrilova, painted the windows and walls of the "House of Books on Leninsky Prospekt." She was inspired by Korney Chukovsky's legendary almanac, "Chukokkala."

"This was my first major competition as an artist. While working on the sketches for the entry, I attempted to rework the almanac's motifs into digital collage art. These characters reflect contemporary cultural codes and the spirit of the times and serve as a unique visual stop amid the hustle and bustle of the city," says Polina Gavrilova.

The artist spent a month working on the collage. Assistants from Mosproducer assisted her with the painting. During this time, the store welcomed visitors who inquired about the new design, and some even contributed a few brushstrokes.

"Mosproducer gave me great confidence in myself and that I'm heading in the right direction. I also have a lot of content for social media, beautiful photographs, and publications in various publications, and I've participated in film shoots. This year, I'd like to hold a solo exhibition with Mosproducer, and my cherished dream is to open cultural clusters in all regions of Russia and introduce contemporary artists and musicians to the public," she shared with mos.ru.

Printed versions of the mural miniatures by the winners of the "Contours of Culture" project are displayed on the façade of the New Manege. You can also explore the work of Mosproducer's resident artists in the renovated "Hall No. 7" space on Marshal Malinovsky Street. Exhibitions, tours, and meetings with artists working in a variety of media—from painting and graphic art to mosaics and digital art—are held there.
