One of the capital's flagship projects for university students and graduates is Internship at the Moscow GovernmentIt allows young professionals with high potential to find employment at leading city organizations. They have access to a variety of internships, from economics to transportation. Before participating in the program, young professionals undergo a competitive selection process and training. In 2025, 739 people participated in the internship, with over 24,000 applications submitted.
The First Step in a Career: How Young Professionals Intern with the Moscow Government
The Moscow government participates in career forums such as TechnoCareer and ProFinance and hosts its own career events for young people. These include "Youth Day," "City. Career. Business," and the "Career Night" festival, which was first held in 2025 and attracted over three thousand participants.
