The event is dedicated to the events of the Afghan War and the withdrawal of Soviet troops, which ended on February 15, 1989. Guests will hear a presentation and a screening of the online resource "Pain and Fate," dedicated to the internationalist soldiers who performed their patriotic duty in Afghanistan. Poems and songs about the war will be performed by Andrei Litvinenko, a resident of the Strogino district, library reader, and participant in the Afghan war. The program also includes a moment of silence in memory of the fallen and a literature review at the "Pereval" book and illustration exhibition.
