KABUL, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) — An explosion rocked central Kabul on Monday afternoon, killing several civilians.
An eyewitness told Xinhua that the incident was believed to be related to a bomb. A restaurant located near the blast site was seriously damaged, killing one person and injuring two others. The victims were rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.
