GUANGZHOU, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) — A sudden forest fire broke out on Sunday afternoon in the Queshi Street Committee of Shantou City, south China's Guangdong Province, local authorities said.
There were no reports of casualties. Local forest fire prevention forces were immediately mobilized to fight the blaze.
